Brittle Berry may add to or change or update these Terms of Use, from time to time entirely at its own discretion. You are responsible for checking these Terms of Use periodically to remain in compliance with these terms. Your use of Site and any amendment to the Terms of Use shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and you also agree to be bound by any such changes/revisions/amendments.

  • Any clause of terms and conditions if deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the terms and conditions.

ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE

  • Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase products. Orders are subject to Brittle Berry acceptance and may be refused at Brittle Berry discretion.

  • Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided.

  • There is an error on the web shop relating to the products that you have ordered, for example an error relating to the price or description of the product as displayed on the web shop.

  • After we receives your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive an email, contact Brittle Berry before you try to place another order for the same product.

  • If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding Brittle Berry’s order acceptance policy, or if you consider that your order was rejected in error, please contact us.
     

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We have a no question asked 72-hour return policy. If for some reasons you are not satisfied with the product you receive you can just call or write an email to us and we'd issue you the refund or exchange the product for any other product of your choice. However, do note, the product needs to be in condition in which it was received and all the product tags, packaging should be intact.
